I've relocated

I am no longer in Kaycee. I am no longer in the Big Horn's for that matter. I couldn't pass up a job as a chef at a guest lodge up on the North Fork. I am living in Wapiti now. I know I have said I wouldn't move into wolf country, but I needed a change and a new start where I can put some money away. I will still hunt the Big Horns when I can, but until this area opens up in Sept. I am going to take advantage of the summer months to hike and get to know the area. Sorry to the Cody area houndsmen for moving into your territory, but looks like this country is plenty big enough and everyone knows I personlly don't kill lions so no worries. Those of you Cody guys that knew me when I was in Dayton know I am not a threat to anyone and do my own thing and am easy to get along with. I just wanted to let people know I am not in Kaycee anymore and in Wapiti now. That being said if anyone wants to meet up over here I am game. I don't know too many people here .

Thanks

I start Tuesday and I am looking forward to making some outstanding recipes.

Went out today hiking and fishing and enjoying this awesome country. Found a grizz track. That was pretty cool

My good friend Jim Zumbo lives there just west of Wapiti. I have spent a few nights there. Good luck at the new job and I will look you up the next time I get in your neighborhood.
Adios,
Gary

Gary,
If you are up this way make sure to stop in to the Crossed Sabres Ranch right outside of the park for a yummy meal

So far I am loving it here. Did a 10 mile backcountry hike with the dogs yesterday. Saw quite a bit of wolf sign, but kept the dogs within 100 yards. Have bells on them, don't know if that works or not, but anything is better than nothing. Tried to do some fishing on Sunday but the river is high and fast so might have to wait for that to get good. I really like the fact that that you can head out on a trail and not hit a road like in the Big Horns. I am a backcountry wilderness kind of girl and this place is just that. I really love it here. I also think Cody is a neat town with some really awesome people. Like I said if you are in the area stop by, say hi and have a bite
Take care ,
Tessa
