Good advice Thomas. Why re-invent the wheel?
A dog with Cameron in front of his name is not going to be the magic potion that makes everything run right. Line breeding is still the best way to go if you are honest and not afraid to cull.

Just ask old Dave Dean, he ain't no a greenhorn at this.

Hey mike you guys are right we do it out here on the west coast and father daughter crosses too the 3 ed time father too gt gd daughterAs long as ya started with a good male x good female and thake that hybred hound and whole litter of offspring gyp puppys and cull in the woods ruthessley and the bred back too his daughter and again cull those gyp puppys ruthesly and agin one last time= ya endup with better and bigger and more uniformed last same 3 ed crossing litter.Ya got a whole litter to be extra proud of cause theu are bred too be reproducers for genorations.
its a lot more compulacted than that doing it right but it locks in and up for better new proto type hounds if done right but if done wron just locks in doubled up bad pass-on genes too. I learned it from fox hound gernals and used it in my crosses in Ca. if i needed too .
