Bought anything from Magnum telemetry lately?

Has anyone bought any collars from Magnum lately? I'm needing a new collar but their customer service was truly lacking the last time I bought one...still like thier collars the best though so I'm curious if anyone has bought anything lately and did you order by phone or website and did it show up when it was supposed to and work right?

Hey Liz, I really like their products too and had 3 of their collars refurbed, they were several years old. I always call them and get good service and a good product from them. Mike

about 18 months ago i ordered a Yagi antenna from them and it took almost 2 months to get to me. That is the only experience i have ever had but i was not pleased with everything.

got a new beep beep from them last winter. No problems quick ship and pleasant to speak with.
