I know him and rodeo with him a little bit never hunted with him but heard from a few people he's got good dogs and know he catches a lot of game I used to live by him When I was goin to college and sent me a bunch of pics of bear and lion hope this helps

Ask to give trial on the dog, I know he has some good dogs and can catch lion other than that I don't know but if a seller is not willing to give some kind of trial I would be cautious, I always give trial on my dogs when selling them, a pup is different but it's good to find out as much about parents and background as possible, good luck.
