Update on dog theft suspect

Well, it took awhile but the Lady that stole my Rock dog plead guilty to theft last week. She had to go through 2 attorneys , which Im sure wasnt real cheap...She plead to Felony theft and got a year of probation. She also has to pay me 100.00 for gas ... She supposedly wrote me a letter of apology which I haven't got yet...Ill find a good use for her letter when I get it
....It was a pain, but it was well worth it......Coop

Guess it's better than nothing.. Guess it was too much to ask for even a day or two so in Jail??
jail time for fellonys 1 st time offender usually don`t happ

Look when and if she does something wrongwhile on probation, you can go too her hearing and speak and it says volumesandthe judge will trow the book at her and their will be a courtroom of onlookers who will have much contempt on their faces against her asnd the judge will give her some time I really believe !

Good deal you should post her letter all over the net. So she didnt get jail time? There was some drunk guy from Greatfalls MT that stole a judges bulldog he got 5 yrs in the state pen To bad you werent a judge. DGarrett
