Looking to here about the rough ones.
Mine was about 15 years ago, my father in-law and I were going for a quick coon hunt about a 1/2 hour drive away on Beale AFB, we took off about 9:00 treed a couple for coons and at 12:30 headed for the house the road where we were hunting made this big loop and on the way out we had this area where some kids had tore the road up 4-wheeling we pulled off the road to get around it and buried the truck to the frame after digging and working on it for a couple of hours I decided that we needed some help and started walking to a phone (this was before cell phones) we were suppose to meet my brother in-law and another friend of my father in-law Fay at 6:00 to go bear hunting, I walk to a gas station and called Fay he got to us at daylight and pulled us out, we got to the house grabbed breakfast and headed to the mountains about 45 min. away on the way the brakes on the truck started to make a bunch of noise and we had to pull over pulled the front tires off and clean all the mud out of the brakes, got to hunting and treed a small bear at about 11:30 it took us over a hour to get to the tree when got to there the bear bailed and headed away from the truck deeper into the canyon so we went back to the truck to get to the dogs, we had 7 dogs out, the bear lost em and they were scattered, at dark it started to rain and we finally picked up the last dog at 11:00 that night. Nothing of this hunt was that rough it was just when it was put into one hunt did it get that way.
