Does anyone know about hoffmiester redbones ?

I recently got a redbone female from a guy I know well . I got her papers last night and they are the best I've ever seen . But papers don't catch game . I like the looks and her bark good but she was kept in a lot for 1-2 years and not hunted due to the owner had major surgery, I've taken her coon hunting Before and she will tree but idont think she has a clue how to trail. And she will pack to a bear race some days and others she won't leave your feet . I herd te stock she came from was a old stock of red dogs . If any one has information on who own it or some of this stock it would be great !
