It was a four year investigation so they finally ended up with 980 charges . So theses undercover " cops / game wardens " hunted with them 4 years

I've got a good idea, instead of worrying about who might be out there watching you, stop breaking the law and do things the right way! There were ten bears poached in this particular case, that's discusting in my book. My local wardens have an open invitation to tag along with me any time they want, I'm proud of the fact that I've been running hounds
legally for the past 33 years. Houndsmen have a bad reputation with law enforcement, and this undercover operation proved that point again.

Well said Dean we all need to come together as houndsmen and try and do things right peopl don't understand is that our sport is under a microscope and we can't afford to mess up we need to keep our sport alive just remember try to keep the tradition alive one tree at a time

It's a lot easier to get permission to hunt land when you have dnr with you the first time.

JC knows that the Game Wardens can be your Best Friend!
He just wants Folks to be aware of the possibility that Undercover folks may be there.
The Wardens in CA seem to have a different attitude than Wardens do here. Here in AR the local SGT. of the Fish and Game has gone out of his way to introduce us to Clubs that want us to come help manage their Predator problems.
The Georgia And Carolina investigations caught some minor violations, but many more serious charges were filed against people with NO respect for Wildlife, Laws of any kind, and or Personal Property Rights! These are the kinds of People that do us all lots of Harm and give the Anti's their Poster material.
We know of a Family of Game Hogs who were caught in this above mentioned dragnet.....these folks have been in trouble in FL, ME, NC and WV. The father came to AR several years ago to run Bear in the Ouachita Mts. of West Central AR. He wanted to shoot a Bear that was walking and would not tree. The Local Houndsmen took matters into their own hands and ran him back to NC with the admonition to "Don't Come Back".
Good Locals can and should "Police" their own. If something is not right do not just ignore it either try to handle it or report "reliable facts" to someone who will.
Being Good Stewards of Wildlife should be right up there with striving to be a Good Houndsmen!

I like game wardens when their sleeping. I do not agree with poaching, however I despise being jack with for little or no reason. My last comment to a game warden, was leave me alone and go back to sleep in the truck. He asked do you have a gun? I said why it's not against he law to have a gun. He said what do you need a gun for? I said you have one. He asked if he could search my truck? I said no and if I am not under arrest do not ask me any other questions without my attorney.

i know we need gamelaws ,but what i cant agree with is the fact that the law would allow stuff like that to go on and on just to make themselves look better in the end of 4 years .they are just as guilty to watch it continue in my opinion.if someone violates it should be dealt with . how many animals were killed illegally in the time they were just letting it build then x that by the offspring they would of had.the law stole those animals away from law abiding hunters in my opinion by doing nothing .it is about stopping the oil spill at the leak before it is mostly all leaked out not after. imagine if your parents saved all your punishments up until you were eighteen then gave them to you all at once .makes alot of sense dont it. jmo

X10. Man that's great. They watched ten bears die and countless deer . That could of been 20 cubs if all was sows, so at the Least 15 bear will never see.

Hunting Feral Swine at night? Since when are Feral animals property of the state? Tired of hearing all the BS about Billions in crop damage and then they are gonna take a guys hunting rights away for hunting the bastards? No season, limit or license should be applied to feral pigs. None in AZ but we only have small isolated populations.
Seems like the article below is mostly about petty BS violations. But the law is the law - follow the rules and lobby to change it.

Here in North Carolina you can only hunt hogs with dogs in bear season only. Unless they have changed the rules since last year . They was pretty strict on them. We have far and few between here . I haven't see a hog track in my area in 2 years.
