Well I just moved to my uncels place here n oregon. And I have a 2 mounth old redbone cross. And Here last night I decided to set a trap to catch mea criter to work mu uncels hounds on for some summer traing. And I so I let my pup out and took mu uncels terrier and his puppy out. And when ariving on the trap site. I noticed that the terrier was stating to wind some. So I walked um down there and it tokk a min but my pup stated to work the cage for a good 5 to 10 mins befr he wanted to play with the other pup. How early Have you guys and gals had dogs that started on the cage. And i Want to thank muslhound for the cross and thank buddy and laura for getting muslhound to take the sire to these pups. Well Son I'm glad you're enjoying your pup. Sounds like he is well liked. Just be careful not to get him hit.

I try not to show the dog a cage as much as possible.

3-4 months they were baying a possum without the cage... But I don't Force anything on them, I just make sure they are on the ground as much as possible with the other dogs.

That Little Pup we took is something else.. Pretty smart and has already Bayed, caught, and Killed several critters.. Black bear, Elephant, and a hippo. She prances into the spare bedroom and which ever Stuffed animal is talking crap to her.. Let's just say it Get's pounded into the ground..

I have had nothing but great reports on this cross. Everyone has been very happy with the level of intelligents being displayed so far. Let's just hope they keep learning.

As for my pup...I'm hopin for the best.

U.R.E., Buddy and Laura brought there pup down last weekend and it road around with us all day and was very outgoing the hole time. Very nice acting pup Every time we stopped to take a break that little puppy walked all over like she owned the woods
