So the draw results are out in Utah and the same old call from the "old buddy" that a guy hasnt heard from for 2 years.

"Dude I drew a lion tag lets go kill one!!!"

I explained it countless times that I dont kill lil ones nor females!

Here is the "pissed" part he just kept saying "I Dont care we will just go and not tell anyone"

He just kept saying "I DONT CARE I JUST WANT A RUG"

This made me so pissed to listen to somebody speak of my sport like this!!!

Yeh I have some buddy's like that. They always say I don't care if its little I just want one rug then ill be done, just kill me one then ill quit going. No leg work no scouting no training no dog food no gas just want to kill. The funny thing is none of them has ever been taken on a hunt with me, just how I roll I take the guys who have hunted with me for years and all they ever say is this is great couldn't have asked for a better day out in the woods even though we just turned lose a monster Tom for next time. Now that's good hunting with great friends. I don't take my best friend because of the morals like this I'm faced with in this sport , do the right thing for you what ever it may be ,and keep this sport great where so many others have failed. happy hunting K Redden

People see pics of the few cats i have caught and then ask if i killed them, when i tell them no the first thing out of there mouth is " Do You need me to shoot that lion for you?" Do really think if a guy and his mutts can tree a cat that he is not able to kill? I explain its like fishing where you can catch and release and how much more ethical hounding is because i cant let that female with cubs traveling alone go that if she was shot from a blind or tree stand you would never know until the cat was sexed after death

Guess I'm not the only guy that wont kill a dink or female just to be some guys "HERO".

I know some guys do it in our area. Pisses me off and they know where I stand and they still do it.

That's the complete package , well the man/woman and his/her dogs in another photo really should go on the wall alongside each other
Where are these people when dogs are to be fed, kennels cleaned etc?.
