i just wanted to ask everyones opinion if it is possible to over exercise your dogs?

yep, i am a personal trainer and you can overwork any muscle and its very easy to do. Even though hounds are very lean muscular animals you should atleast let your dogs take a stretch and walk around every couple hours while rigging and i think a hound that is in good shape could run consecutive days but i wouldnt push too much.

Excellent advice and wouldn't hurt for those driving the rig to get out and loosen up a bit and do a few stretches and knee bends and such. And it is always a good time to grab another Dr. Pepper and bag of chips out of the back. LOL! Just kidding....
