I had a female one time that barked her voice out- the vet said to give her 6 months-- he said in "house pets some people have the chords removed so they cannot bark in the apartment and he does it again in 6-8 months!"
the female I had got her voice back but it was not as strong.. and she had learned not to bark as much!

Just thinking about this again.. some years back a fellow who lived 7 miles west of here had a female that got too hot and barked her voice out-- hers came back but was very weak on the voice later..different breeding-she had some good Sebastian stock behind her.

A couple cc of la 200 down the throat for 3 days will help or prednisone not sure about the spelling. Two tablets first day , one the second day and half the third day. This has worked for me with outstanding results.
