Hi hunters, I am from the kalkaska, mi area and am wondering if anyone on here runs hounds in the area? I recently moved here and dont know many guys to run with (you all know how hard it is running alone)...I have one real good coyote dog and am training a pup too. If anyone wants to run please let me know...its ok if you have your own dogs and its ok if you dont, just looking for people to run with. I will only hunt with ethical hunters...also, dogs are first priority, killing a coyote or bobcat is second. thanks

there are a lot of us up here that hunt and guys get real territorial but your welcome to throw in with us a time or two and see if we get along where did ya come from? We hunt north of Kalkaska a ways but end up down closer to there sometimes running with another group.

Thanks, I'm not very territorial especially with state land...its there for everyone. I dont really care who shoots the critter, I am more in it for the dogs, but I understand that it sucks when all your spots are getting worked everyday too. Im originally from allendale, mi (near grand rapids). If you end up gettin down this way let me know...Id like to get out.

We have a cabin near White Cloud, where we have lots of bobcats. We would like to find someone with hounds who would be willing to run bobcats for us the first weekend of January. Please respond if you are interested.

Thanks spartan o but unfortunately I cannot make it down that way the first weekend...sucks the cat season in your area is only 11 days long
