Spanish Hash

Spanish Hash

12 oz package Chorizo sausage(this is spicy)
30 oz package Oreida hash browns
1/2 red onion .diced
1 green pepper,dice
1-2 gloves garlic,minced
olive oil
salt & pepper
1-2 cups shredded cheese(your choice)

Pre heat a large skillet(med high),coat bottom with olive oil.Add Chorizo,start browning and breaking apart.Add onion.pepper and garlic.Stir well add hash browns.Season to taste(Chorizois salty)Cook until browned and getting crispy on bottom.Flip ,cook until browned and crisped on that side.remove from heat add cheess and cover.Serve when cheese is melted.

just had to get out of ed this evening and try that ........ man it was good . for sure that is one I am adding to cookbook thanks

most stores like Food Lion and even Wal mart is carring it now.

the best bet is a mexican store if you have one in your town

got mine at Walmart,its back near the deli with the cheese and bulk deli items.1.10 for a 12 oz package.

Have a couple more Hashs worked up in my head.Once I try em and if they turn out I'll post
