TT10 Collar on/off function

Just wondering if anyone knows of an update or code I could use to control when my collars are turned off. I think it would be a great idea if my collars could only be turned off if they were in close proximity to my Alpha handheld.
Last bear season I had one of my dogs and collar stolen by an anti. Lucky for me he wasn't smart enough to figure out how to turn the collar off and I was able to meet him at the trailhead in the next canyon over (with my collar on the handle bars of his mountain bike). But it's only a matter of time before one of these guys figures it out and I'll be out a collar and a dog. So if my collars wouldn't turn off without the handheld (which doesn't leave my hip) the thieves would have to bury me to turn my collars off.
