This is a very good Article from a VERY Good Source on Breeding Dogs. It has been posted on here several times.

There is also a very good article on Dog Breeding done by the German Shorthair Breeders. Google "GSP Westwind" or GSP Dog Breeding Article to find it.

Both of these talk at length about Line/In Breeding and how to Create and/or Change a line of Hounds or Dogs!

Mr. Brackett, wrote a small, but good book under the same name. "Planned Breeding"
