Bad conditions this week but we got to a few trees

Randy, the owner of Black Eagle Arrows came out to hunt with us this week for lion and a possible bobcat bonus hunt. We have no snow down low and rigging kept turning up bobcats for us so we hit the higher spots that had some snow but it really limited our area to hunt in and was spotty. Only the tops and shaded draws had snow. We spent a couple days covering ground and finding some old tracks but the sun and rain were making it tough. This morning, we knew a front was coming in so we headed up early with hopes to beat it. The wolves had moved in last night and we couldn't find a lion track until about 8am and the front was upon us. It was raining on the snow so it wasn't ideal but we managed to get him up and finish out the hunt. Randy has one more day so, tomorrow, we pleasure hunt and run whatever we find. If its raining, we hunt wolves.
