Does it get too cold for hounds?

Will it hurt the dogs nose or any other part for that matter? Mainly the nose?

Oh forget it I just read a bunch of post on this topic. I had a bluetick take her first tote track in the wild today. It was 2 degrees and 17 to 20 mile per hour wind . She stayed on it for a mile and a half then lost it in a deer yard. I found the exit track but had some personal business to attend you She was just making some wired noise with her nose is all.
