Problems adding Collars to Astro 320

Having problems adding collars to one Astro 320. 320 only showing a few available numbers (5 or 6)even though the required numbers are not in use. Any ideas?

You basically have 10 available frequencies to track with the Astro 320. Each one of your collars will end in a number 0-9. Whether a collar is 1 11 21 31 41 you can only track one collar ending in 1. Each one of your 10 callers is the same way only one can end in any of the numbers 0 through 9 whether it's single digit or double digit. Hope that makes sense

I know that but should see a lot of number options and the 320 will tell me if they are not available if i choose one that is already in use.
The page that comes up is only showing 5 or 6 numbers instead of the whole list. In this case trying to add for example #23. No 3s are in use by this 320 and yet none are available to choose.
