Rabbit hunting help

I live in salem oregon. I have a 4 month old bluetick coonhound that I want to train to hunt rabbit. She seems to be a natural. My daughter has a bet rabbit that will hide in the bushes in our yard and she will track it down and bay at it. Any tips on how to train her to hunt rabbit. Anyone in my are with rabbit dogs willing to let us tag along.

Sounds like you need to just take that pup to the woods were their is rabbits and turn him loose seems like your dog is a natural so I'd probably keep him away from the pet rabbit's and don't be surprised when he chases somthing bigger than a rabbit letter me know what happens
