If a race horse trips and falls, same thing.
If a bird dog drowns, same thing.
If a homing pigeon gets lost, same thing.
If a pony bucks off a little kid, same thing.
If draft horse breaks its back pulling, same thing.
If you cant break a mule, same thing.
If a beef is uneatable, same thing.
If your dog gets run over by a car, not the same because you are not breeding dogs to be car smart.

no it's not the breeder's fault, unless it was explicitly warranted against stated damages or defects, but in addition,
if a woodchuck could chuck wood, how much would it chuck?
if a man states that he knows one thing and that is that he knows nothing, does he know something or nothing?
if you fail at succeeding, have you succeeded in failure?
If a 100-gram potato is 99% water. If it dries to become 98% water, will it will weigh only 50 grams?
How can Digorno pizza be delivered to the grocery store, since it's not delivery it's Digorno?

I guess it was a pretty stupid question..lol. Can you imagine someone trying to get a lost pigeon back so they could cross an attempt at a champion homing pigeon..lol
Or parents wanting a few more colts out of that pony that nearly killed there kid..lol
How about someone upset that the sinking bird dog did not live for one more litter because he was just sure that he could teach them dogs to swim...lol
Obviously hunting dogs dont come with a guarantee, but could you imagine some bear hunter that was keeping the local vet in business! lol... The eyebrows that a guy like that would raise, how would that even happen? Bear hunting was invented 10 thousand years ago. People had this thing figured out before the wheel was invented. So has any houndsmen ever even taken a hurt dog to the vet? How did that train wreck happen? I am all ears
