Has any one else had problems with the tracking function of the tt15 collars? I have had it happen a handful of times where the handheld won't find the collar but the training functions work. I know it's the gps (tracking) function that stops working no matter what I try. Collars were updated, no visible damage, tried deleting from handheld and reconnecting, left outside for hours, and also resetting collar. In all cases garmin replaced the collars. Garmin hasn't given me any answers. Just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them regularly like me?

Yes I have the problem with my tt15 collars to me and my buddy has happened 3 times. I can turn the light on the collar and tone the dog but I have no gps reception. When the dogs are in the dog box I have them all but when I turn a dog loose they go 100 feet and I loose gps reception. I have updated them took them out and put them back in . It only happens like every now and again but it a pain when you can find your dogs .
