Garmin updates on a MAC system

DO NOT update your collars on a MAC system, I know guys have tried this before but Garmin has still not resolved the issue, the guy just told me to go to a windows version. I just tried to do several TT 15 collars and everyone of them are blinking red and I cant get any of them to hook up to my alpha 100.
