I cold trailed one yesterday in the snow. I figured her track was at least 36hrs old. Dogs didn’t wanna try it at first, so I walked it out. They eventually started working it. Not quite a quarter mile in, I found a couple bloody spots in the snow. I started checking it out and in the larger spot, there was what I think are round worms. Has anyone else seen anything like this before?
I can’t upload the pictures, I keep getting errors.

Yes sir Mr Vaugh. I’ve heard the same thing.

I just haven’t heard of an animal just dropping a ball of works mid stride. She was trailing some deer then peeled off and went down into some bluffs then dropped out the bottom. But It was odd to see worms that aren’t in droppings

I have yet to see a lion that didn't have worms. Everything they eat has worms of some kind.

I’ve seen house cats vomit worms. Dogs also.

I’m still learning a lot about lions. I haven’t opened guts yet.

I have seen some round worms lion's stomachs, they were about 3 inches long but was only a few in each like 3 to 6. The lions had lots of fat on them and seemed very healthy...
