relocating to South dakota

great job opportunity has opened in sd and I'm looking into moving. Hound hunting is almost over is Oregon. can and give me some details?

The western side of the state, Black Hills area, is the best for running lions and bobcats. You're also close to Wyoming and can run lions there.

I live in the Black Hills (Rapid City), we have a bobcat season but the population sucks. You cannot use hounds on lions in the black hills unless you draw a specific tag for Custer State Park. That tag takes about 10 years give or take to get. Have awesome Coon hunting all over the state. Like stated by Dakota Ridge, you can get non resident tags for lions in wyoming as well as a fur license to run bobcats there. If you end up making the move give me a holler.
