If I wasn't missing a few of the key ingredients right now I would be pouring some into my coffee or some hot cocoa as it is COLD here again. Nothing like an Irish Coffee to warm the blood.

Necessity is the mother of invention.

About zero here last night.
Sounded good.
Missing ingredients also.

Subbed cup of coffee and instant creamer for cream and instant coffee.
Added four eggs.
2 cups of bourbon.

Made in mixer.

Chilled and then warmed the bones.

Not Bad.

Thanks for Reminder.
