Just curious how everyone is doing in this crazy weather. over here in burns we are just about snowed out 2or 3 feet in the forest 1 to 2 feet in the desert. froze my ford up last night sucking powder snow into the air breather. if it warms up and gets hard it will be snow machines only. good luck to everyone.

We put one up last weekend while we could still get around, but we were getting stuck quite a bit.. Trying to figure out how and what to do next.. it's going to be hard to find a spot.
We got 20 inchs here at the house and it just started raining hard.. .. I'm positive we won't make it anywhere that isn't plowed.
sold my snow machine two weeks ago..

No snow here yet but I have not been able to get enough time to hit the high country so just been hunting around the house. Caught 2 foxes and a bobcat last week within a mile of the house. It was real windy and nasty yesterday but just rain... suposed to get another storm in tomorrow but I think its still to warm for snow. I would not mind abit of snow but you all can keep it if its more than 6 inches!! hehe

too much!!!

There about 16" here at around 1200 ft. elevation but now its warmed up a bit and it's slowly going away, Not fast enough for me though.Alittle is good but this sucks!! It extremely limits your travels to go hunting.Thats alright though I walk the dogs up a road the other day for about a mile and they started a track anyways. They are out there still but you have to work a little harder to get to them sometimes.
Good Luck Hunting

we have 14" in the valley@ 4000' The first 8" was dry powder so tracks did not set up well with blowing winds. Now with heavy wet snow the going is tough but still going..I like the snow better than the -20 we had last week.

Here in the ca foothills its just wet but in the mountains above us the snow is getttin deep.

And in the foothills the ranchers got the ground so fed off that its hard for the dogs to track in the wet bald areas
