va 522 lbs

Last week, the guys I hunt with harvested a 522 lb. male bear that was 19 years old.
Probably the biggest bear I have ever seen in the mountains of Va.
Killed on the ground, too big to climb !!
No dogs hurt and was a great day!!lol:

Nice bear!
My cousin Mike(rookie) lives and hunts around Crozet and sometimes Madison Co. They seem to have alot of bear. If they can get premittion to hunt? Marcus and mike took a 400# bruin this year.
Keep up the good work..
