Van asked me to post this. Vans willing to take 3 or 4 dogs and do some training on them for the guy who would like some help with their dogs. He's lion and bobcat hunting most everyday this winter, and we will be going to Florida agin this year to run hogs. He says that he might would keep a couple of them into June or so and get them started on bear after he has them in Florida.

Guys, I've been going to Florida with him and running hogs with just young pups to get them started and coming back in the spring to start running bear, and they are so easy and so far advanced at an early age after running hogs, that they really get after the bear after running hogs for a month or so. Its a great wy to get them started.

You should talk to him about what he would charge you and I would be happy to answer whatever questions I would know the answer to.

I will second everything Billy said and say that Van will put a handle on your dog and hunt the hide off them. He is the best hound guy I have ever been around also. And a real honest man to boot.
If you got a young one there is no one better you could send it too.
