Guys this is ripping me to pieces I lost my 8 year old Walker dog Bonnie down near the town of Catalina this weekend I have spent the last 2 days looking for her and have yet to even get a signal. I am 99.9% sure someone picked her up. To make matters worse she did not have an ID collar on  stupid stupid stupid I know. She was the only dog that didn't and of course she is the one missing. I'm looking for ANY information that might lead to her return, ANYthing I don't care if you know somebody who knows somebody that was out that day and may have seen her. I just came home to make up missing flyers. There were a ton of people on the mountain that day hoping to get lucky. There is a $200 cash reward for information that leads to her return.

Thanks for your time

********UPDATE************
Thanks for the replies, I've got my dog back. A deer hunter picked her up, I posted a lost dog ad on craigslist and this guys brother called me and told me his brother had my dog. The guy took her home gave her a bath and let her stay in the house. He said he knew she was a lion dog and that he probably should have left her alone but didn't. Also someone removed her shock collar but I don't care I'd rather lose a $130 shock collar than a dog that can't be replaced. Probably won't be hunting that area for a while, way too many people.

Special thanks to Zach(grzyadams4x4) he was willing to drive from phoenix to tucson(about 2 hrs) to help me look for Bonnie and I don't know him from Adam, Zach if you ever need anything at all you have my number give me a call. Good day to all of you and happy hunting.

My buddy had the same thing happen and someone had picked her up and was going to keep her. He rented a small plane and flew around the area until he got a signal. When he was back on the ground he found the collar in the culvert under the guys driveway. Of course the guy didn't know anything about it. It took the Sherrif to get the dog back.

Glad you got her back. Now, get ID tags on her collar, your shock collars and your tracking collars. Then go down and spend another $25 and have a chip put in her. All this stuff helps in getting your dogs back if they become lost or picked up. The chip will also help if she is stolen. You may not get her back right away but if the thief ever sells her to someone honest and he has her checked for a micrchip, then you will still get her back eventually. Most thieves are stealing dogs to sell them right away, not get caught with them.
