hey guys myself and a friend of mine would like to go and catch some cats and lions were in nevada could we find these critters and how much do lic and tags cost and is it permit draw or over the counter cost thanks for the help

license is over the counter you do need proof of a hunter education course to buy license TAG is also over the counter not sure of the cost right at the moment. I would try down between hawthorn and yearington and then west to the california border that is some great country with plenty of cats .

i've been wanting to go just to run(not kill), and looked into it. You can get em online or over the counter. They're about 250 bucks for tag and liscense. Where are you from? Maybe we can have a couple rigs and work together to better our chances...

The nonresident licenses runs $142.00, a nonresident Mt. Lion tag runs $104.00. I got the hunting regs from Navada. When you come up this way I'll give you a copy. Also I talked with many guys from over there know of a few hot spots.

Just try not to "Kill 'em all" if you decide to come over. ha

The lions are behind every tree, just ask a few of the special interest groups we have. I must be looking under the wrong trees as I have been out on the mules the last three weekends for 7-8 hours each day and had a few barks on one old lion track. Lion numbers are down as are the deer in this part of the state from previous years. Pm me and maybe we can get some swap hunting going on?

Them lions all packed up and moved to New Mexico. They are so thick over here you can't hardly stir them with a stick. LOL!

Just kidding ofcourse but the deer hunters will tell you that. I have been riding the hair off them cayuses of mine and I mean looking hard and I think them lions those deer hunters are seeing have really long ears and big green eyes becasue other than them old flop eared jack rabbits and a LOT of deer I can't seem to find much other than sign so old it may have been laid by a sabertooth. LOL!

thank you as well> just wantedto make sure of the name. guy here in wa state called himself the kill em all boys and just got a few years in the big one for poaching elk, bobcat , bear etc. hopefully when he gets out he doesnt take an undercover game warden with him. at least they caught the skum bag.
