I had a female like that. Rub bag balm on the part that's sticking out. This keeps it from drying out. I was told that she produced to much estrigen. I had here fixed. I would give anything to be able to get pups off her. Mark

I had a dog do this a couple times, first heat she pushed out not that bad, the next heat was way worse like lemon sized, I had it done while she was in heat cause it was nasty, only difference was money, costs more to spay a female in heat.

I've also had a dog do this and as Mark said keep the part that is sticking out moist. You can also use lubricating jelly for this. The vet also told me to push it back in daily (which was not pleasant) and don't let it get sun burned. After she comes out of heat get her fixed because it will happen again

My oldest female had it bad. The vet informed me after he spayed her he could have fixed the problem. I was not happy. It was my understanding her uteris was not attached to the inside of her belly botton from birth. If it's a female you want to breed I suggest doing some research. IMO
