got my first hound about 4 years ago when i moved to idaho. first couple of years hunting was pretty rough. (lots of deer chasing) but ive got lots of good advise the past couple years visiting this site and reading all your posts. I think it took longer for me to train myself than it did to train my dogs. I got four dogs now 3 walkers , a four year old and two 10 month old litter mates. and a black and tan. were kickin ass now catchin alot of coons. only caught two bears so far . just wanted to say thanx for all the good advise. this is a great site.

yup, that was me. good to meet you too. got skunked the last couple times out. how u been doin out their do you run bears

I try and run cats as many days as I can keep my eyes open during cat season but i dont run bears unless thats the last option for me to get out
Nothing against the bear hunters out there its just too hot and dusty for me.
Last time out met my very first porky weird part is i still had a lot of fun
I am just getting into coon this month so i hope to see ya again.
