Got a sidewinder on Wednesday we were on our way back from the lake and he was on the road!
To bad we squashed em i've always wanted to try rattlesnake

Rattler is excellent table fare. Only problem is it takes a decent size snake to get very much meat off of one. 36 inches is a good one around here and they usually don't have much on their bones.

We were up in the mountains and saw proally a 6 in a half foot one once!

Wow, you would be able to get some nice fillets off of that one. Take a four foot stick to dispatch him, LOL.
