Hillbilly hound rig

Thought I would show my "temporary" hound rig. My toyota took a dump and going to be a few weeks until parts come in. Took out my little suzuki sidekick. Not bad except having to smell the dogs all the way to the hunting grounds and hair everywhere. Not the best, but it works :)

When I first started we used a dodge durango and my brother cut out on a piece of plywood some rig holes in a board we would role the windows down and insert it. It worked great for what we needed. I like the luggage rack idea you have going for you but it must be a b*tch to pick up the hounds and put them on thier.

Luckily no box chitters! I wish my toy rode as smooth as this thing. Had an old stike board laying around, and I guess it works. It will do hopefully for another week. Come over John, we'll see how many dogs we can fit in one!

Mine rig from inside an ancient audi station wagon with a moon roof. They love the heated leather seats! The major problem is one when opens within an inch of my ear...

Yup, that's what has made America a great country: a man or woman needing to get something done and figuring out a way to do it!

If I could I would buy a Suzuki Samurai, do a SOA lift just enough to put a little bigger tires on it, like 31's and get a rack up top like you have and that would be my hunting truck. It would save on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab. Thats a great setup, I would rock that over the yota probably!
