I know I have made my sentiments known about how I feel about this Illegal Immigration fiasco...I know that they are just poeple looking for employment ....This is the 3rd Phoenix Police Officer that has been killed by an Illegal Alien.....When are the American people going to wake up and yake a stand on this....This puke that gunned downed the officer had been deported before...The officer leaves a wife and 2 little kids behind ....Im going to stop here before I go in to a rage about these scum that sneak acroos our borders .....Ive attatched a link if you want read up on the ordeal....Just a reminder to all the law enforcement officers here on this board ......When in doubt...2 to the chest 1 to the head....Be careful out there...Coop

you know the worst part about that their are people who are willing die to come here and be productive, law abiding citizens and then there are those that take advantage of other, become criminals or freeloaders and give the whole lot a bad name.

Our great goverment and the Goverment of Arizona have this blood on their hands!!! They know they can do something about it and the refuse!! Instead of making sure that the oil fields are safe over seas lets bring our men and women back and get them on our borders and keep our own people safe!!!

I've worked with some (legal) Mexican Nationals, and you are right nmplott some want to be productive... But in your post you state "law abiding citizens", as soon as they cross the border they have become illegal, therefore criminals.

that is what I meant...we have people who are born here and become entitled and believe that the gov't has to give them welfare and such just because they were born here...yet you have people who are willing to put into the system (ie taxes and social security) rather than take out, and yet because they were not born here they have to either face life in hell or sneak in here and become criminals.

If they want a better life maybe they should fix their country and not become criminals here. As soon as they cross the border they are criminals.

You want to make mexico a state? They're a soveriegn nation not unexplored wilderness with a few natives. I'd feel the same if it was americans sneaking into mexico. They are criminals as soon as they cross the border and theres no argument for that. I lived in south texas. Its an epidemic not something thats rare. On my lease we had to leave our campers unlocked or the illegals would break in and rob you blind. If you left them unlocked they would just rob you blind they wouldn't tear up your camper.

I have a house I'm selling- rather than renting- due to the quality (cough, cough) of potential tenants who have seen the place. 99% good old european white americans several if not more generations removed from thier irish,polish,italian, etc etc. roots. The decline of our society has little to do with the immigration problem. You can make it a mexican, or black or hispanic issue, but it ain't take a look around folks. The mexicans are just an exuse in my opinion to mask a good old decline in american society.

I do believe we need to take better care of our borders, deport, rather than cater too and not make feel comfortable the illegals that have come here, and that it's a greater more apparrent and urgent issue for folks in the border states, but those states, those communities have the same "American made" decline in values and standards society accepts and allows and ignores.

God bless all of you law enforcement folks who put your life on the line daily. I don't envy you, but sure are thankful for your work. We come from a long line of police officers here in the Conway family and pray daily for your safety. Paul Conway.
