Some nice bear

Here are a couple pictures of the bears we have gotten so far. All the bears have been weighed dressed out and on certified scales.
488#
471# this on is my bear that i shot on the ground in the creek.
We also killed one that was 420# dressed, a 264# dressed and a 245# dressed.

Joe, them are some dandy bear. I am sure glad you had one of them Montana hounds down there to help with the job later, Andy
2 montana hounds. missy was on 2 of them too.
i do have to say that our weather here has been very hot and humid for kill season. some of our dogs get completely wore out real quick so it takes a complete group effort to get things done. there are a lot of dogs to thank for these bear that we killed so far. a couple of these bear wouldn't have been killed if it hadn't been for the cold trailing ability of a couple of the hounds in our group. 3 of these bear were caught in corn fileds for long periods of time and i can honestly say that a caught bear in a corn field is real tough to kill. the dogs did their job and hung with it and got the job done.

Good job Joe, tell Jeremy I said congrats on that big bear. Glad to hear Jack made a couple bear.

Wow, them are some dandies!!! We got three so far 347, 216, and 194 all field dressed weight. Congrats
