Taste is very good. Among the best in taste. Similar to pork. Kinda stringy though. Hard to cut a steak. Makes great stir fry.

Well did you get enough info on lion meat ? Look on line recipe google mnt lion green chili, great recipe. and I like to put 25 percent pork (fatty) and make bk sausage just grind season and enjoy The idiots that dont eat it arnt smart enough to cook it!

Those that haven't eaten Lion are truly missing out on a great dinner feast.
Was always told the only thing that matters lies from the neck up. Unless it's a walker dog, then there's no hope!
