fried elk steaks strips

Postby covert » Mon Apr 22, 2013 4:51 pm

1 lbs elk steak cut into strips
yellow mustard enough to cover the elk with on both sides
about a cup of flower

Take the elk rub mustard all over the out side of it.
The dredge threw flower.

Have your oil in the skillet hot enough to to start frying quickly cook until golden brown on the outside and enjoy.

That is my quick cheap fried elk strips. :)

Did this last night and it was great! I even added a bit of that real grainy course mustard and it was good. Thanks!
