Washington Hound Banquet and Field Trial

Washington State Hound Council Field Trial

Saturday, March 28th and Sunday, March 29th At Jones’ Pond in Matlock,WA.
Each Days Events As Follows:

Bear Race: $10 entry fee. Entries close @ 9:00 am and race starts @ 10:00*.
Bear dogs may be auctioned, time and # of entries permitting.
Drag is laid with bear scent and tree has bear hide.
Treeing Contest: $6 entry fee.
Entries for Treeing Contest to close after start of Bear Race.
Treeing Contest to follow completion of Bear Race.
Field Trial: $8 entry fee.
Entries for Field Trial to close at start of Treeing Contest.
Field Trial dogs may be auctioned for finals, time and # of dogs permitting.
Re-entries taken if time permits

70 % Payout on all events, 60/40 split.

2009 Washington State Hound Council Banquet
Hosted by Olympic Tree Hound Association

Saturday, March 28th at the Matlock Grange Hall in Matlock, Washington.

Immediately following O.T.H.A.’s Field Trial, we will be heading to the Grange Hall for the 2009 State Banquet.

This year will be a Mexican food theme.

$10.00 at the door will get you dinner and one raffle ticket.
Kids 9 and under eat free

Additional raffle tickets will be available.
$2.00 for the adult raffle
$1.00 for the kids

Raffle items include donations from Sportsman’s Warehouse.

Prior to dinner, at the Grange Hall, will be a Washington State Hound Council Meeting.

After dinner the awards for the 2008 Field Trial/Water Race season will be given. Raffle to follow Awards Ceremony.

Directions to Matlock, for those who need them.
From south:
I-5 N
Merge onto US 101 via Exit 104 (Aberdeen/Port Angeles)
Take the exit
Turn left onto Shelton Matlock RD
Turn right onto W Beeville Loop RD (general store/post office)
Grange Hall is on left, across Beeville Loop, from post office.

For field trial:
Continue past Grange
Take left onto W Beeville Loop RD
Field Trial parking/camping is on left
From north, all directions are same except you'll start from I-5 S
Signs will be out starting at General Store

Or there is a person named blackheadedwalker on here that might help you with that. I don't know how much she's on this site. But I"m sure they have them since they put these things on.

get a hold of chuck we just got the new books from the printer last week. By the way i had a good time at your trial this weekend and i'll make the trip again next year.
