how many of u guys use log sets . they are my faverite for cats and coyote .

How do you make a log set? Will it catch coon?

around here i is pretty brushy and there are alot of windfalls . find one below the road that is at least 2 feet in diamiter . make sure it is easy for a critter to get on and put some meat under it. chop out a spot for your trap and cover with dirt just like a ground set. works really good if you are on ranches with live stock keeps them from springing your traps.

Hmmm..... We just had are timber loged not to long ago and tree tops all over. Ill give you're set a try this season. Can't catch'em if you don't set'em!
