Has anyone linked up their IPad with an Alpha? (Not a PC type tablet)

As far as I know you can't because garmins basecamp is not compatible with IOS devices.

Gagne is correct.

You need to run the Full version of the Basecamp not the app version. That's also the reason you need to have a "FULL" Windows tablet. If you buy a tablet make sure you buy the full version windows tablet and not the RT version. THe RT version you can not install full windows programs in them. Lot's of folks call after ordering the wrong tablet and can't get it to work.
