The female by the end of this bear season was leading the pack in front of anything running in the pack. Haven't had that great of weather for cat ...

Re: Alpha 100 screen
Thanks pegleg.... I haven't noticed a black dot yet but I'll look again. Its almost like something is stuck between the edge of the hand-held and screen. Right where the two meet. But I'm not sure. Its almost like always having an invisible finger on the touch screen and trying to do everything you ...

Alpha 100 screen
On my alpha handheld, the screen almost seems to have something pushing down on it. Like ur finger is on the screen but you're not touching the screen. I've updated it, took the battery out and cleaned it up... according to Garmin support. Nothing has helped it. Any advice?
Thanks Justin

Re: Looking for a new type of hunting dog, hoping for some help
In a group my laika would hunt together, hunt separate from each other. Hold pressure on a split tree. Tree together. Trees anything that climbs a tree or sometimes fly into tree. I've hunted them with cur dogs and some hounds. Never had a growl at each other. In a diverse group like u have they sho...

Re: Looking for a new type of hunting dog, hoping for some help
There's plenty of laika in the good old USA. I've had them for 15 years. Most seem to be down south but there's some here in MI and close too here.

Re: Looking for a new type of hunting dog, hoping for some help
Did you research the Laika? Northern breed hunts close. Hotter nosed and and will hunt around you. And they hunt! You will read they are over protective but I've never seen it kinda like the BMC. There's bad apples in every breed but for the majority they're as nice as the rest of dogs out there. Do...

Re: Hello From China
Marspass, can you tell us more about the different hunting styles of the local dogs and the hounds please? I have laikas and they are completely different than a hound.
