I live in the Black Hills (Rapid City), we have a bobcat season but the population sucks. You cannot use hounds on lions in the black hills unless you draw a specific tag for Custer State Park. That tag takes about 10 years give or take to get. Have awesome Coon hunting all over the state. Like ...
