Re: what the hell is this?
Pretty sure it is a Jaguarundi.
Check the size of the feeder legs as a way to judge its size.
We have caught them in S. TX years ago.
They and Ocelots, in TX, are like treeing "Heavy Bobs" in Oregon and CA...3 S's.
Liontracker, sure would like to see the Pics of Black Lions. Maybe Mr. Mike ...

Have you ever been in the Frank before? Where abouts are you planning to go? Sounds like a die hard adventure! Tell us more how you will go about it, camping, baiting, etc.....
I've been in the Frank many of times. But always deer and elk hunting. My signature picture is a view of the middle fork ...

Re: Favorite Bear Gun and why? (caliber and model)
For all of you guys packing .45-70 or .44 mag for "dangerous" situations, do yourself a favor and buy some Garrett ammo.

Re: Oregon Cougar Initiative
We need some "professionals" to get a hold of me asap about this cougar initiative. My email is jess@jessmessner.com. Send me your number and I will call you right back. We turned in the signatures and got a ballot title and summary. It is not exactly great but workable. We need letters faxed to ...

Re: Why did the dogo topic in big game get deleted?
I don't allow photo's of caged animals and training photos on this site. It's in the rules.. If it's not clearly in the rules there is a CYA rule.
No hard feelings, As far as sharing Photo's on this website This is a Hunting website, Not a training website. Any photos that can be considered ...

Yes, but most of these guys are not in a position to save their hound anyhow. Other wise that would be the obvious choice.liontracker wrote:And here:norseman wrote:We are discussing solutions here:

Re: My new mule!
Looks like a nice tall riding mule.
I have a saddle mule bigger than him (in sig pic), and he walks out like a dream. Although his "rein" is a bit stiff and your biceps get a work out.
But for the mountains? A mule can hardly be beat. And it's my experience they last longer as well.
