It is possible. So far I've gotten all the required paperwork however time has been my number one hinderance. roads are definately a problem but to hunt anything around here you have to get back in the woods. A boat is a definate plus. What area are you moving to?

yes, you just have to get a letter from the area DNR biologist. it will specify which areas you can hunt and how many dogs you are using.
