Re: bobcat meat
I think bobcat taste pretty good. Any bad taste is in your head, bad cooking or bad meat prep. Do the dogs that won't eat it catch many of them ?

Re: Dogs hunted down
Meat cooked or raw works best for me. If you feed it straight though they won't get run down and will have more endurance. I BBQ all of it for them because I have a few that don't like it raw but they all like it cooked. Pork, chicken or beef it's all better than dog food. Bone meal and meat scraps ...

Re: Training Question
Have you tried to run them separate. You might just have one that likes them and one that likes running with him. Coyotes are very territorial they may be looking for a fight. maybe your baits to close to the den or the middle of their turf. Might try moving the bait? Try running a different time of ...

Re: how many would live off the grid???
Been off the grid for 6 years. solar and turbine. Say good by to the microwave and push button coffee pot but you can still live pretty high tech. When you say grid people will assume you mean power, Like I did. Not just living like a hermit. Not sure what you meant but I like being self sustained.

Re: Help me out, need some advice.
If he's not crazy you can fix it. He just needs some work. Just don't let it snow ball in to a larger problem. I would take his nuts first thing that should make him see the light..

Re: Your experience with broken bones
If you want another dog to catch bear find one with four good legs. You don't want a slow dog at the front of your pack. If he makes it to tree first you wouldn't know what to do with the rest of the pack. Let a coon hunter leisure hunt him. I have never seen a shattered leg dog with any place in a ...

Re: Saving Female bobcats just Like Lions
I agree Dale completely. I think that we must share in the numbers of cats we take if we want the numbers of people to fight for the rights we deserve. I think numbers have gone up at a incredible rate with the predator calling TV shows but think it is great for that reason. Yes the cat numbers have ...
