Re: UDWR lion permit 4 landowners???
You're right about the rancher from the north who pushed this, he soaks every state a d government organization he can for everything. They want to be able to kill lions in an area that they have consistent problems during the summer. First off if he is having a problem lion in the summer odds are h...

6'1" is small, field officers know little about lions, most that is. Secondly, D. You look at this in a whole different view than any other houndsmen. Most guys covet saving females, i'd rather see guys shooting 120 lb toms anyday over a female. Toms kill kittens, you're not gonna get all the t...

Re: Big game hound $$ values.
If you're going to breed, it should be for as good or better dogs than you have. No sense in breeding just cause you own a male and a female. Myself, I try to keep dogs with pretty much all the same blood. If I don't have what I want in my kennel , I'll find someone with a standout dog of the same b...

Re: "THE STATE OF NEVADA IS UNDER ATTACK" PLEASE HELP!!!
The YOU TUBE comment is a must. People I agree it sure is fun to look at pictures and video, but we really need to be modest on what we put up and even on the words we type. It sucks, we shouldn't have to be this way but the cold hard truth is we need to. I would urge people to NOT PUT VIDEOS ON YOU...

Good blooded dogs is a big help, but Mike is also a super hard and knowledgeable hunter. He expects a lot from his dogs, and that's what he gets. I dare say his young dogs would make most peoples seasoned dogs look bad.

Joe the dog on the left with the lion is Daisy's littermate.
She would be a full sister to wayne though, same cross.

My reply is directed to M Evertsen. Your BS meter going off implys that you know something, but I have been in dogs for twenty years and there's always a lot you don't know. Now if I'm wrong correct me, but I believe you've only had dogs for about four years, so that tells me you know little about l...

Re: Check out the udwr lion policy!!!
Yup, everyone on the wasatch front wants to build their house up on the side of the mountain but the second an animal eats their precious bushes that they've planted and built over top of their winter range, or something like this where this juvenile lion was inthe wrong place they start whining. I ...
