I have a question about lion hunting in Colorado. If you are hunting a lion with a another person that owns the hounds does he have to take the test to or just the person with the tags has to take it?

I will be moving to Colorado in a few months. I have been looking for the rulles on hound hunting in there and the only thing i have found was the big cat hunting. Waas also wondering are you allowed to use GPS collars in Colorado?
