This month the pa game comission has proposed a 3 week bobcat season with unlimited permits avaiable over the counter. pa has allowed limited hunting with limited permits over the past couple years. This should allow more intrest in hound hunting for cats in pa. Bobcats have been protected in pa since the late 1960's our population has exploded and you should see some very old heavy cats taken in the next couple years.

However the season will only be three weeks long? That's three Saturdays for those who work long hours.
